Please join peer advisor chat as your first stop for all undergraduate advising questions.
The fastest way to connect with an advisor is to visit our drop-in advising hours. We will try to accommodate requests and will make our best efforts to respond to emails as quickly as possible.
Any appointments must be scheduled by emailing bsoeadvising@ucsc.edu.

- Brief explanations or clarifications of Baskin Engineering policies or processes
- If you have a form that requires an academic plan or are being asked to submit a signed academic plan to a campus office
For critical, time-sensitive matters, please reach out to a staff advisor regarding:
- For all other needs, including signatures for time sensitive forms, such as enrollment, financial aid, or campus deadlines, send via email (with any appropriate form attached) to: bsoeadvising@ucsc.edu
- Please include in the subject line the date that the request is needed by and be sure to clearly state the request in the body of the email
