UCSC ResNet is hiring student technicians to work at our technical support help desk!

Residential Network Services (ResNet) provides computer and network support to students living on campus. Our student-operated office equips students with the training to tackle any technical problem. Our former technicians have landed jobs at Fortune 500 companies upon graduation from the skills they learned working at ResNet.

You do NOT need to be a STEM major to apply! We encourage students from all majors and backgrounds to apply. We hire students that demonstrate excellent customer service, teamwork, and critical thinking skills. Our offices are conveniently located at Rachel Carson and Stevenson colleges, and we schedule around your classes.
